Cherokee Mist - Jimi Hendrix

This recording features tracks by the final incarnation of The Richard Black Project. That band featured Michael Barry [keys], Gerardo [Jerry] Guzman on drums and percussion, and British guitar legend, Paul samson on lead with Richard Black on guitar and lead vocals. Black & samson composed music early on and then worked with other projects, never completing the initial nine [9] song recording. In 2000 we reunited to finish those recordings while composing new music for a Spring tour. The following summer Paul Samson died of cancer. Richard Black has finally completed the recording playing all instruments himself. These recordings include the rare "Cherokee Mist" cut composed by Jimi Hendrix.
